In order to visualize comfort zone I tried to find a visual metaphor of comfort zone.
I think cocoon is a suitable metaphor because I searched the defination of cocoon in oxford dictionary and I think it's second defination can be the same as comfort zone to some extent.
and the cocoon-to-butterfly is the process of personal growth.
Then I watched the video of cocoon-to-butterfly process and used illustration to record it.
