I began to make the second chapter of my book. In this chapter, I will explore 'Is comfort zone really comfortable'.
Through the reserach from last semester, Staying in the comfort zone has been the norm for contemporary youth.
From the interviews, I found that many contemporary youth have a 'comfort zone dilemma'.On the one hand, they cannot resist the temptation to stay in their comfort zone and are afraid of the fear, anxiety and risks associated with leaving it; on the other hand, they feel anxious because their comfort zone hinders their progress and exploration of new ideas.
And when I look at my comfort zone I find that most times it presents a false comfort. It is actually a lie used to escape the external pressure and your own heart, using psychological suggestion to draw a comfort zone for myself.
Many people's so-called comfort zone is actually a "pig pen"—— barely scraping by, seemingly very secure, but actually cramped and gray. The comfort zone will not remain fixed forever, and the comfort zone will not be comfortable forever.
Based on these thoughts I made the layout of the second chapter.
